These tours are available in half-day, full-day, and 4-day/3-night (overnight) formats. By accessing and using our websites, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to your booking with BROADMIND TRAVEL, LLC ("BROADMIND") and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS. By booking a Tour/Trip/Adventure, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, which also apply to all members of your party.
General Statement
By booking with BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS via phone, website, email, or fax, you accept these Terms and Conditions for yourself and everyone named in your booking, including minors and persons with disabilities. Your booking is not confirmed until all required Trip Documents (Medical Information, Release, Waiver, Parental Consent, etc.) and the deposit are received. Prices may be adjusted before booking confirmation. BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. These terms, together with the Trip Documents, form the entire agreement.Conditions of Transportation
Transportation is subject to the conditions of individual carriers. BROADMIND’s and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS’ liability for injury, loss, or damage may be limited by applicable laws. By booking, you agree to hold BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS harmless in case of injury.Medical
Guests must complete and return the necessary Medical Information, Waiver, and Release Forms for their trip. Any concerns regarding physical or mental suitability should be discussed with a medical practitioner. Inaccurate or incomplete medical forms may result in the cancellation of the booking. Guests should disclose any medical conditions, medications, or disabilities at the time of booking. Failure to do so may lead to refusal of participation, and cancellation fees will apply. Guests should be aware that some trips may involve remote areas with limited access to medical facilities.Booking and Payment
Bookings are made subject to availability, and payment must be made according to the prices and policies on the website. Gratuities for the tour guide are not included and are expected to be 20% of the total cost. Payments are processed in USD.Cancellations, Refunds, and Minimums
BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the trip. Refunds are not issued for "no-shows" or missed services. If the company cancels a trip, they will attempt to reschedule or offer a full refund. Minimum booking numbers apply to different trips; if the minimum is not met, the trip may be canceled, and a refund or reschedule offered. Children must be pre-approved for the tour, and certain age and adult supervision rules apply.Final Payment and Acceptance of Booking
Bookings are confirmed in writing by BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS. Please check your confirmation for details. Credit card transaction fees are not refunded by the company.Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused services or early departures, regardless of the reason.Price Validity
Prices are based on current rates and may be updated. Any price changes will be reflected on the website.Changes
BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS reserves the right to change the itinerary if necessary, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Major changes will be communicated to the Guest, who can choose to accept the changes or an alternative adventure. Guests may transfer to another adventure, subject to availability and approval. A transfer of name may be allowed if the new participant meets all requirements.Discounts
Discounts are applied at the discretion of BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS.Claims and Complaints
Any complaints should first be reported to the Trip Leader/Tour Guide during the adventure. If unresolved, contact BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS within three days after the trip ends. Claims not made within this period may not be accepted.Severability
If any term is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified or removed, and the remaining terms will remain valid.Errors and Omissions
BROADMIND and/or ASHEVILLE DAY TRIPS is not responsible for errors or omissions in its materials or on the website.
By booking a tour, trip, or adventure with Asheville Day Trips and/or BroadMind Travel, the guest agrees to the following terms outlined in this Guest Agreement:
GUEST AGREEMENT
The Trip Leaders and/or Tour Guides are responsible for managing the logistics, equipment, routes, activities, and any changes to the planned itinerary. They may delegate tasks to support staff, agents, or third parties when necessary. These leaders will provide safety instructions and necessary guidance for the adventure, and guests are expected to fully understand and comply with these instructions. If any guest does not understand the instructions, they must immediately notify the Trip Leader or staff.
The adventure leaders, assistants, or third-party support are not responsible for carrying personal equipment unless specified in the provided instructions. If a guest voluntarily hands over or cannot carry their own personal items, the leaders and staff are not liable for those items.
The guest acknowledges the potential risks involved in the adventure, including exposure to changing weather, terrain, animals, insects, or other hazards. BROADMIND and Asheville Day Trips are not liable for any incidents or medical issues arising from these risks.
For safety reasons, the Trip Leader or a designated person may stop any activity or end the adventure at any time if necessary.
The guest affirms that all forms and documents provided are completed truthfully and that they accept the Release and Assumption of Risk.
The guest has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
The guest consents to BROADMIND and Asheville Day Trips using photographs or video footage taken during the adventure for marketing purposes.
Before the tour/trip begins, the guest will complete and sign the Medical Information, Waiver, and Release forms.
